You will receive clear guidance on next steps and fee structures (contingency, hourly, or flat fee) before any engagement.
Investigation & Asset Tracing
Our forensic experts trace asset movements using legitimate methods including blockchain analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and financial forensics. You receive regular, factual updates on investigative progress via our secure client portal. We do not make guarantees—recovery depends on case-specific factors.
Legal Strategy & Referral
When legal action is warranted, we facilitate an introduction to a qualified, independent attorney from our network. You will enter into a separate engagement with that counsel. Our role may continue in a support capacity. Fee structures are clearly explained during consultation and documented in a formal engagement letter.
Resolution & Recovery
We support the legal process aimed at securing a judgment or settlement and recovering your assets. Once a case is resolved, we provide a final accounting and archive all files securely in accordance with our data retention policy. No work is commenced and no fees are collected without a signed engagement letter.
